The Statistician will commence work within five (5) business days of written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The anticipated project duration is approximately ten (10) weeks from the start date, with the following key milestones:
- Week 1: Data audit, scoping workshop, and project kick-off meeting in Melbourne.
- Weeks 2–3: Exploratory data analysis and data preparation.
- Weeks 4–7: Core statistical modelling, simulation, and hypothesis testing.
- Week 8: Draft report preparation and internal review.
- Week 9: Final report delivery and executive presentation.
- Weeks 10–22: Ongoing advisory period (3 months post-delivery).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, rates and availability may be subject to revision.
