5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates and availability may be subject to revision.
5.2 Payment Terms: A 30% deposit is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance is payable in two equal installments: 50% upon delivery of the Interim Analysis Report and 50% upon final regulatory submission. All payments are due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice date.
5.3 Scope Changes: Any modifications to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be documented in a written change order, signed by both parties, with corresponding adjustments to the timeline and total cost.
