The Statistician assigned to this project holds a Doctorate in Biostatistics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with over 14 years of professional experience in applied statistical analysis within the Chile Santiago public sector. The Statistician is a certified member of the Chilean Statistical Association (Asociación Estadística de Chile) and has previously led data modeling projects for the Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas (INE) and the Superintendencia de Salud. All work will be conducted in compliance with Chilean data protection regulations (Ley 19.628) and the ethical standards of the American Statistical Association.

• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters common to the Chile Santiago region (seismic activity, volcanic events), may extend project timelines by a mutually agreed period.
