The Statistician engaged under this Quotation Estimate will perform the following duties and deliverables:

• Data Cleaning & Validation: Systematic review of raw field data collected by enumerators, including outlier detection, imputation of missing values using statistically sound methods, and cross-tabulation consistency checks.
• Descriptive & Inferential Analysis: Production of population estimates, confidence intervals, trend analyses, and hypothesis testing relevant to demographic indicators such as fertility rates, mortality schedules, migration patterns, and household composition.
• Modelling & Forecasting: Construction of demographic projection models (cohort-component method) for the period 2025–2050, incorporating scenario analysis for policy planning purposes in DR Congo Kinshasa and nationally.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Statistician are subject to re-evaluation.
2. All services described in this Quotation Estimate are to be performed in accordance with the ethical guidelines of the International Association for Statistical Computing and the data protection regulations of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
3. The Statistician shall maintain strict confidentiality of all raw and processed data. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to the commencement of work in DR Congo Kinshasa.
4. Any change in scope, additional provinces for field validation, or extension of the project timeline will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by the consulting firm.
5. The client reserves the right to request up to two (2) rounds of revisions on the final report at no additional cost. Further revisions will be billed at the Statistician's daily rate.
6. Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, epidemic outbreaks, or government-imposed travel restrictions within DR Congo Kinshasa or the wider national territory, shall suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
7. Governance of this Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be under the laws of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kinshasa.
