- Preparation of peer-review-ready statistical methodology sections for journal publications.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three equal installments: 40% upon contract signing, 30% upon completion of the mid-project deliverables (end of month three), and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all reports and models. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Cairo Statistical Consulting Group, National Bank of Egypt, Cairo branch. Late payments shall incur a monthly interest charge of 2% in accordance with Egyptian commercial law.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Egypt Cairo.
5.2 The Statistician shall maintain full confidentiality of all data, research findings, and proprietary information provided by the client in Egypt Cairo. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement of work.
5.3 All deliverables, including statistical reports, code, and models, shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment.
5.4 Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written change order signed by both parties, with corresponding adjustments to the total cost.
5.5 The Statistician reserves the right to decline engagement if the data provided is insufficient or if the research objectives fall outside the scope of statistical feasibility.
5.6 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
Note: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Egypt Standard Time). Overtime or weekend work in Egypt Cairo will be billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate. Travel expenses beyond the Cairo metropolitan area (e.g., field stations in Giza, 6th of October City) are included up to 500 EGP per visit; additional travel will be invoiced separately.By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Statistician in Egypt Cairo.
