The Statistician assigned to this engagement will operate primarily from our office in France Lyon, with the option of on-site visits to the client's premises within the Lyon metropolitan area (Lyon 1ère through 9ème arrondissements, Villeurbanne, Caluire-et-Cuire, and surrounding communes). The Statistician's responsibilities under this Quotation Estimate include, but are not limited to:

• Design and implementation of statistical sampling frameworks and experimental designs tailored to the client's research objectives.
• Development of multivariate regression models, Bayesian inference structures, and machine-learning-adjacent predictive analytics.
• Conduct of hypothesis testing, confidence interval estimation, and power analysis for clinical, industrial, or social-science datasets.
• Preparation of peer-review-quality statistical reports, visualisations, and executive summaries in both French and English.
• Advisory consultations (up to 8 hours per month) on data governance, reproducibility standards, and compliance with French data-protection regulations (CNIL / GDPR).

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer (virement bancaire) to the account of StatAnalyse Lyon SARL, IBAN: FR76 3000 4000 0000 0000 0000 000, BIC: BNPAFRPPXXX. The payment schedule is structured as follows:

• 30% advance payment (€ 13,874.40) due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• 40% interim payment (€ 18,499.20) due at the completion of Month 2 of the Statistician's engagement.
• 30% final payment (€ 13,874.40) due within 15 calendar days of delivery of the final statistical report and project close-out.

Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10), calculated on a daily basis from the due date.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates and availability of the Statistician may be subject to revision.
• All intellectual property generated by the Statistician during the course of this engagement shall vest in the client upon full and final payment, subject to the Statistician's right to reference the work in professional portfolios with client consent.
• The Statistician shall comply with all applicable French labour regulations, data-protection laws (RGPD / GDPR), and professional ethical standards as defined by the French Society of Statistics (Société Française de Statistique).
