- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the rates for the Statistician services and associated costs may be revised to reflect current market conditions in India New Delhi.
- All monetary values stated in this Quotation Estimate are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all professional fees for the Statistician team. Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18% has been calculated separately as per the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, as applicable in the state of Delhi, India.
- The Statistician and supporting team shall work on-site at the client's premises in New Delhi, India, during standard business hours (09:30 AM to 06:00 PM, Monday to Saturday). Any work beyond these hours or on public holidays declared in the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall be billed at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the third month of the engagement, and the remaining 30% upon delivery of the final statistical report and acceptance by the client. All payments to be made via bank transfer to the account of Quantum Analytics & Data Solutions Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, India.
- The Statistician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall adhere to the data privacy and confidentiality standards prescribed under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and any applicable regulations of the Data Protection Authority of India. All datasets handled in India New Delhi shall remain within Indian jurisdiction and shall not be transferred to foreign servers without written consent.
- Any changes in the scope of the Statistician services, additional modelling requirements, or extended timelines must be documented through a formal Change Order signed by both parties. The Quotation Estimate amount shall be adjusted accordingly.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein are indicative and subject to the final contractual documentation.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement of the Statistician team shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in New Delhi, India.
