Travel and accommodation costs within Kazakhstan Almaty are included. Inter-city travel outside Almaty will be billed at actual cost with prior written approval.
This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued exclusively to the named client.

6.1 This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes arising from the Statistician engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Centre of the Astana International Financial Centre.
6.2 The Statistician and Almaty Analytics Group LLP shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 10,000,000 KZT for the duration of the engagement.
6.3 All intellectual property in the final statistical reports, models, and code developed under this Quotation Estimate shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Statistician retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios with client consent.
6.4 Either party may terminate this Quotation Estimate agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In such an event, the client shall pay for all Statistician services rendered up to the date of termination.
