Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Kenyan Shillings (KES) via bank transfer to the account of DataStat Analytics Kenya Ltd. at Equity Bank, Nairobi Branch. The payment schedule is as follows:
- 30% Advance Payment: Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement.
- 40% Milestone Payment: Due upon completion of the statistical modelling and survey design deliverables.
- 30% Final Payment: Due upon delivery of all final reports, training completion, and client sign-off.

5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Statistician services in Kenya Nairobi may be subject to revision based on market conditions and availability of qualified statistical professionals.
