- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Statistician services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- All rates quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of the Statistician's professional fees, expertise, and standard deliverables as described in Section 2.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the mid-project milestone, and 20% upon final delivery and client sign-off.
- The Statistician shall maintain full confidentiality of all client data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709) of Malaysia. No data collected or processed in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
