This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment schedule: 30% advance payment upon signature of the service contract; 40% upon delivery of the biostatistical analysis and predictive model deliverables (Items 02 and 03); and 30% upon final acceptance of all reports and completion of the knowledge-transfer workshop. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Atlas Data Analytics & Consulting SARL, Bank of Africa, Casablanca, IBAN: MA64 4002 1010 0312 3456 7890 12. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Moroccan commercial law.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Statistician's availability and the quoted rates may be subject to revision.
The Statistician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with all applicable Moroccan data protection regulations (Law 09-08) and the client's internal confidentiality policies. All datasets processed in Morocco Casablanca will be stored on encrypted servers located within Moroccan jurisdiction.
Intellectual property arising from the statistical models, code, and reports developed under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and the Statistician, unless otherwise agreed in a separate IP addendum.
The Statistician reserves the right to publish anonymised methodological findings in peer-reviewed journals, subject to prior written approval from the client.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures in Casablanca, or public health emergencies, shall suspend project timelines without penalty to either party.
Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation first, and failing that, through the competent commercial courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
The Statistician shall carry professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 MAD, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in Morocco Casablanca.
