Terms & Conditions of this Quotation Estimate- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Nepal Kathmandu.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation, 35% upon completion of the second month of the Statistician engagement, and the remaining 25% upon final delivery and acceptance of all deliverables.
- All payments shall be made in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) via bank transfer to our account at Nabil Bank, Kathmandu Main Branch, Account No. 012-456789-01, in the name of Quantum Analytics & Research Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
- The Statistician team shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client data, proprietary information, and research findings in accordance with Nepal's Privacy Act, 2075 (2018) and applicable data protection regulations.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges at the rates specified herein.
- The engagement of the Statistician is subject to the availability of the designated personnel. In the event of unavailability, an equivalent or higher-qualified statistician shall be substituted with prior written consent from the client.
- All statistical analyses and reports produced under this engagement shall be the intellectual property of the client upon full and final payment. Our firm retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios with client approval.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein serve as the commercial basis for such an agreement.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure to resolve, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Nepal Kathmandu, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above for the engagement of the Statistician services in Nepal Kathmandu.
