4.1 Payment Schedule: The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be invoiced in quarterly instalments. The first invoice (25% of the total) is due within 30 days of contract signature. Subsequent quarterly invoices (25% each) are due within 30 days of the end of each calendar quarter. The final payment is due upon project completion and acceptance of all deliverables.
4.2 Currency & Tax: All amounts in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Euros (EUR). Dutch VAT at 21% is included in the grand total. DataScope Analytics B.V. holds a valid Dutch VAT registration number (NL861234567B01) and is registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK No. 87654321).
4.3 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Rates for the Statistician team are subject to annual market adjustment in the Netherlands Amsterdam professional services sector. Should the client wish to proceed after the validity period, a revised quotation will be issued.
4.4 Confidentiality & Data Protection: All statistical data processed under this engagement in the Netherlands Amsterdam region shall be handled in strict accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch Implementation Act (UAVG). A separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will be executed prior to any data transfer.
4.5 Intellectual Property: All statistical models, code, reports, and analytical outputs produced by the Statistician team specifically for the client shall become the exclusive property of the Amsterdam Metropolitan Health Authority upon full payment. DataScope Analytics B.V. retains the right to reference the engagement in anonymised portfolio materials.
4.6 Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with 60 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative closure fee.
4.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
