This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment milestones. All payments shall be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Statistician firm. The client in Nigeria Lagos is requested to process payments within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice receipt.
- Milestone 1 (30%): Upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and project commencement — NGN 6,433,875.
- Milestone 2 (40%): Upon delivery of the completed statistical modelling and analytics phase — NGN 8,578,500.
- Milestone 3 (30%): Upon final report submission, training completion, and handover in Nigeria Lagos — NGN 6,433,875.
The figures presented in this Quotation Estimate are based on the following assumptions: the Statistician will have unrestricted access to all relevant datasets and field sites within Nigeria Lagos; the client will provide a dedicated workspace and necessary IT infrastructure at the Nigeria Lagos office; and the project timeline will not be disrupted by force majeure events. Any scope changes requested by the client beyond the parameters outlined in Section 2 will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued separately. Costs for international travel, if the Statistician is required to attend conferences outside Nigeria Lagos, are excluded from this estimate.
6.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Statistician reserves the right to revise pricing to reflect any changes in market conditions in Nigeria Lagos.
6.2. All intellectual property generated by the Statistician during the course of this engagement, including models, code, and reports, shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
6.3. The Statistician shall maintain strict confidentiality of all data and information accessed in Nigeria Lagos, in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.
6.4. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Lagos in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria.
6.5. This document constitutes a Quotation Estimate only and does not form a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
