This Quotation Estimate is issued by Karachi Data Analytics & Statistical Consulting (Pvt.) Ltd. to formally propose the engagement of a senior Statistician and a supporting statistical team to deliver comprehensive data analysis, modelling, and reporting services for the Sindh Provincial Health Authority. The Statistician will be physically based in our office in Clifton, Pakistan Karachi, and will conduct on-site consultations at the client's premises in Karachi as required. The scope encompasses the design of sampling frameworks, statistical analysis of epidemiological datasets covering the Karachi metropolitan region, construction of predictive models for disease outbreak forecasting, and the preparation of peer-review-ready technical reports. All deliverables will comply with the statistical standards set forth by the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics and the International Council for Science.

Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three milestones: (a) 30% advance upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, (b) 40% upon delivery of the interim statistical analysis report, and (c) 30% upon final acceptance of all deliverables by the client. All payments shall be transferred via bank transfer to the account of Karachi Data Analytics & Statistical Consulting (Pvt.) Ltd., Meezan Bank, Clifton Branch, Pakistan Karachi, Account No. 0045-8821-3376-9912. Invoices will be raised in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to the prevailing tax regulations of the Federal Board of Revenue, Pakistan.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect market conditions in Pakistan Karachi.
The Statistician and supporting team shall adhere to the data confidentiality and ethical guidelines prescribed by the Pakistan Medical Research Council and the client's internal data governance policy.
All statistical methodologies, code, and intermediate outputs remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Statistician retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with client written consent.
Any change in scope beyond the originally defined deliverables will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued separately and must be approved in writing by both parties before additional work commences.
The Statistician shall provide weekly progress reports every Friday and attend bi-weekly review meetings at the client's office in Pakistan Karachi or via secure video conference.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or infrastructure failures in Pakistan Karachi, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1940, with the seat of arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment is received in full.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Statistician services in Pakistan Karachi and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. The Statistician engagement will commence within five (5) working days of the signed acceptance and receipt of the advance payment.
