- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Statistician team are subject to revision.
- All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) as per the South African Revenue Service (SARS) regulations applicable in South Africa Johannesburg.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the mid-project milestone (Week 6), and the remaining 20% upon final delivery and sign-off of all Statistician deliverables.
- Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of invoice. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per the National Credit Act of South Africa.
- The Statistician engagement is subject to a minimum commitment of eight (8) weeks. Early termination by the client will incur a penalty of 25% of the remaining contract value.
- All data provided by the client to the Statistician team will be treated in strict confidence in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) 2013, applicable in South Africa Johannesburg and nationwide.
- Any additional services, scope changes, or extended hours beyond the hours specified in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the applicable hourly rate and require prior written approval from the client.
- The Statistician team will conduct all on-site work from the client's premises in South Africa Johannesburg or from our Sandton office, as mutually agreed upon in the project plan.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below.
