3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Statistician are subject to re-evaluation and may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions in Switzerland Zurich.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in three equal instalments: 40% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the interim analysis phase (Item 03), and 20% upon final delivery of all documentation. All payments are to be made in Swiss Francs (CHF) via bank transfer to the account specified by Helvetic Analytics & Statistical Consulting AG.
3.3 Confidentiality and Data Protection: The Statistician and all supporting personnel shall adhere to strict confidentiality obligations in accordance with Swiss law. All datasets processed during the engagement will be stored on encrypted servers located within Switzerland Zurich, ensuring full compliance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and any applicable sector-specific regulations.
3.4 Intellectual Property: All statistical models, code, reports, and analytical outputs produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Statistician retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios only with prior written consent.
3.5 Cancellation and Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the date of termination plus a 10% administrative fee on the remaining contract value.
3.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Switzerland Zurich.
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. The availability of the Statistician, Mr. Lukas Brenner, is contingent upon the absence of conflicting professional commitments.
