1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate

3. Payment Terms and Schedule

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) equal installments, each due within fifteen (15) calendar days of the invoice date. The first installment (33.33%) is due upon contract execution. The second installment (33.33%) is due at the midpoint of the engagement period (end of September 2025). The final installment (33.34%) is due upon completion of the engagement and delivery of the final comprehensive statistical report. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Ankara Statistical Consulting Group account held at a licensed bank in Turkey Ankara. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Turkish commercial law.

4. Terms and Conditions Specific to This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in the USD/TRY exchange rate, changes in Turkey Ankara local operating costs, or adjustments to the Turkish statutory minimum wage affecting the Statistician’s compensation structure. The Statistician’s engagement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Turkey Ankara.

The Statistician shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 500,000, valid throughout the engagement period in Turkey Ankara. All intellectual property generated by the Statistician during the course of this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Statistician retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios, subject to the client’s written consent and any applicable confidentiality agreements.

Important Note: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. It is a preliminary financial proposal for the client’s evaluation. A formal Service Agreement, incorporating all terms referenced herein, must be executed by both parties before the Statistician commences any work in Turkey Ankara.
