Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made by direct bank transfer to the account of Meridian Analytical Consulting Ltd. The payment schedule is structured as follows: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon delivery of the statistical report (Item 04); and the remaining 30% within 30 days of the final presentation session (Item 05). All invoices are payable in British Pounds Sterling. Late payments will incur interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, as applicable in the United Kingdom.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the assigned Statistician are subject to reconfirmation.
All services will be performed by the named Statistician, Mr. James A. Hartley, or by a suitably qualified substitute of equivalent seniority, with prior written consent from the client.
The Statistician shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of £5,000,000, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in the United Kingdom.
All data processed under this engagement will be handled in strict accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will be executed prior to any data transfer.
Intellectual property in the form of final reports, models, and code produced specifically for the client under this Quotation Estimate shall vest in the client upon full payment. Pre-existing methodologies and proprietary code remain the property of Meridian Analytical Consulting Ltd.
Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in Section 2 will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement before additional work commences.
This engagement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom London.
The Statistician is engaged as an independent contractor and not as an employee or agent of the client. No partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship is created by this agreement.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, rates, and scope of work as set out in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Statistician in United Kingdom London. This acceptance constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.
