1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market conditions or resource availability.
2. All rates quoted are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the prevailing United Kingdom rate of 20% at the time of invoicing.
3. The Statistician engaged under this quotation will operate in accordance with the Royal Statistical Society (RSS) Code of Conduct and all applicable United Kingdom data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
4. Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the primary analytical phase, and the remaining 30% upon final delivery and sign-off of all reports.
5. Invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of the date of issue. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. The Statistician will provide weekly progress updates and a final comprehensive report. All deliverables will be produced in a format suitable for submission to relevant United Kingdom regulatory bodies.
7. Any additional work beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written agreement and additional charges at the hourly rates specified above.
8. This engagement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom Manchester and the wider United Kingdom legal framework.
9. Apex Statistical Consulting Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of statistical outputs provided under this engagement.
10. Confidentiality: All data, methodologies, and findings shared during the course of this project shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, in line with United Kingdom trade secret legislation.
