Payment for services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:

40% progress payment ($24,760.00) due upon completion of the statistical analysis phase (Item 03).
30% final payment ($18,570.00) due upon delivery and client approval of the final statistical report (Item 04).

All payments shall be made via wire transfer to the account designated by Statistical Solutions Group, LLC. Late payments exceeding fifteen (15) days will incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5%, in accordance with California Commercial Code Section 2202.5, applicable to commercial transactions in United States Los Angeles.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, pricing and availability of the Statistician are subject to re-evaluation.
All work performed by the Statistician shall be conducted in strict compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and all applicable federal and state regulations governing data handling in United States Los Angeles.
The Statistician shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence throughout the duration of the engagement.
