- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the designated Statistician are subject to re-evaluation.
- Payment terms: 40% upon execution of the Statement of Work, 35% upon completion of the Interim Analysis (Milestone 3), and 25% upon final delivery of the CSR statistical section. All payments are due net-30 days from invoice date and shall be made in United States Dollars via ACH transfer to the firm's account held at a bank in United States New York City.
- The Statistician engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall maintain full professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 per occurrence, as required for statistical consulting engagements in the State of New York.
- All deliverables, including but not limited to statistical code, analysis reports, and data dictionaries, shall be the exclusive intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Statistician retains the right to reference the engagement in professional portfolios with client anonymization.
- Any scope changes exceeding ten percent (10%) of the total estimated hours will require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties, before additional work commences.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through binding arbitration in United States New York City in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- The Statistician shall comply with all applicable federal and state regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA, the Common Rule (45 CFR 46), and New York State Public Health Law, throughout the duration of the engagement.
