This Quotation Estimate is issued by MediSurg Algeria SARL in response to the formal request from CHU Algiers for the professional engagement of a qualified Surgeon to provide specialized surgical services within the healthcare facilities located in Algeria, Algiers. The Surgeon to be deployed shall hold a recognized medical degree, a valid Algerian medical license issued by the Ministry of Health of Algeria, and a minimum of ten (10) years of post-graduate surgical experience. The engagement covers general surgery, minimally invasive procedures, and emergency surgical interventions as required by the hospital administration in Algiers.

The Surgeon shall operate in full compliance with the Algerian medical regulations, the ethical standards set forth by the Algerian Medical Council, and all applicable national and local health authority directives governing surgical practice in the Algiers metropolitan area. This Quotation Estimate encompasses all professional fees, on-site supervision, and administrative coordination required for the seamless integration of the Surgeon into the existing surgical team at the designated facility in Algeria, Algiers.

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Surgeon services in Algeria, Algiers.
All prices quoted are in Algerian Dinars (DZD) and are inclusive of the Surgeon's professional fees, travel within the Algiers metropolitan area, and standard surgical consumables. Specialized implants or prosthetic devices are excluded and shall be billed separately at cost.
Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the sixth (6th) month of service, and 20% upon final delivery and acceptance of the full engagement period. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by MediSurg Algeria SARL.
The Surgeon shall be available for a minimum of five (5) working days per week, with on-call availability for emergency surgical procedures in Algiers. Overtime beyond the standard 48-hour workweek shall be compensated at 1.5 times the standard session rate.
MediSurg Algeria SARL reserves the right to substitute the assigned Surgeon with a qualified equivalent of equal or superior credentials, subject to prior written approval from the client's Chief of Surgery Department.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement shall be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of any surgical services in Algeria, Algiers.
All services rendered by the Surgeon shall be subject to the quality assurance protocols of CHU Algiers and the oversight of the Algerian Ministry of Health. Full surgical records and patient documentation shall be maintained in accordance with Algerian data protection and medical confidentiality laws.
Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Algiers, Algeria.
