This Quotation Estimate is issued by Beijing Medical Surgical Services Co., Ltd. The Surgeon services described herein are to be delivered exclusively within the facilities located in China Beijing, specifically at the PUMCH Main Campus in Dongcheng District. All pricing, logistical arrangements, and regulatory compliance outlined in this Quotation Estimate are tailored to the operational standards and legal requirements governing medical practice in China Beijing.

The Surgeon proposed under this Quotation Estimate holds a valid Practicing Physician License issued by the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China, a Specialist Qualification Certificate in General Surgery, and a PhD in Surgical Sciences from a recognized institution in China Beijing. The Surgeon has completed all mandatory continuing education credits required for the 2025 reporting period and maintains active registration with the China Medical Doctor Association. All surgical procedures will be conducted in strict accordance with the Medical Institution Management Regulations and the Surgical Safety Checklist mandated by the China Beijing Municipal Health Commission.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices are subject to revision based on prevailing market rates in China Beijing.
Payment shall be made in Chinese Yuan (CNY) via bank transfer to the Provider's designated account. A 40% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 60% shall be settled within fifteen (15) business days following completion of all Surgeon services.
The Surgeon services are non-transferable. Any substitution of the designated Surgeon requires prior written consent from the Client and must be matched to equivalent or superior qualifications.
All medical waste generated during surgical procedures shall be disposed of in compliance with the Regulations on the Management of Medical Waste issued by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the PRC and local China Beijing environmental authorities.
In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to public health emergencies, natural disasters, or government-mandated facility closures in China Beijing), either party may suspend performance without penalty, provided written notice is given within 48 hours.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through negotiation. Failing resolution, disputes shall be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its rules in effect at the time of filing.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Upon countersignature, it shall serve as the operative agreement governing the Surgeon engagement.
