- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After 15 September 2025, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in China Guangzhou.
- The proposed Surgeon must hold and maintain a valid Medical Practicing License (执业医师资格证) and a Specialist Qualification Certificate (副主任医师 or above) issued by the relevant Guangdong Provincial Health Authority throughout the engagement period.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of the first two months of service, and 20% upon final delivery of the quarterly surgical audit report. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by Guangzhou Medical Talent Solutions Co., Ltd.
- All surgical procedures shall be conducted in strict compliance with the regulations of the National Health Commission of the PRC, the Guangdong Provincial Health Commission, and the Guangzhou Municipal Health Bureau. The Surgeon shall adhere to all applicable informed-consent protocols as mandated under Chinese medical law.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient data, surgical outcomes, and proprietary clinical protocols in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC (PIPL) and the Data Security Law of the PRC.
- Liability: The Surgeon's professional indemnity insurance (Section 2.3) shall cover a minimum of CNY 5,000,000 per claim. Any liability arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct shall be excluded from the insurance coverage and addressed under separate legal provisions.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Surgeon shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date, plus a pro-rata portion of the monthly retainer.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Guangzhou Sub-Commission. The governing law shall be the law of the People's Republic of China.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. All terms herein are subject to final negotiation and mutual written consent.
- The Surgeon shall be available for a minimum of 48 clinical hours per week at the Guangzhou Sunlake International Medical Center facility, with additional on-call availability for emergency surgical activations as outlined in Section 1.5.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Surgeon services in China Guangzhou and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth above. This acceptance does not obligate either party to enter into a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is drafted and executed.
