Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows:

6.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
6.2 Cancellation: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, the Surgeon shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date, plus a 10% administrative fee on the remaining contract value.
6.3 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.

6.6 Currency & Exchange: All amounts are denominated in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). The USD equivalent is provided for reference only. In the event of a devaluation of the Birr exceeding 5% during the contract term, a mutual review of pricing shall be initiated.
6.7 Compliance: The Surgeon and the service provider shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards of the Ethiopian Federal Ministry of Health and the Ethiopian Medical Association throughout the duration of the engagement in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
