1. Scope of Services — Surgeon Placement in Germany Frankfurt

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Frankfurt Medical Services GmbH to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing management of a qualified Surgeon to serve at the designated medical facility in Germany Frankfurt. The Surgeon will be a board-certified general and vascular surgeon with a minimum of ten (10) years of post-residency clinical experience, holding full registration with the Ärztekammer Hessen and compliance with all applicable German medical licensing regulations (Approbation). The Surgeon will be available for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including on-call rotations as required by the hospital's surgical department in Germany Frankfurt.

3. Terms and Conditions

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and terms are subject to revision by Frankfurt Medical Services GmbH.
Payment Terms: Invoices shall be issued on the first business day of each month for the preceding service period. Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice receipt via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice. Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory German rate (Basiszinssatz + 8 percentage points per annum).
Contractual Framework: Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall result in the execution of a formal Service Agreement between the parties, governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The Surgeon shall be engaged under a fixed-term employment contract (Festanstellungsvertrag) compliant with the German Civil Code (BGB) and the Medical Practitioners Act (Berufsordnung der Ärztekammer Hessen).
Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice period of three (3) months. In the event of gross misconduct or loss of medical licence, immediate termination is permitted without notice.
Confidentiality: All patient data and operational information handled by the Surgeon in Germany Frankfurt shall be protected in strict accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, or government-mandated closures of medical facilities in Germany Frankfurt.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent agreement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating litigation.
Subcontracting: Frankfurt Medical Services GmbH shall not subcontract any portion of the Surgeon's clinical duties. All surgical procedures shall be performed personally by the contracted Surgeon at the designated facility in Germany Frankfurt.

4. Acceptance and Authorisation

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the provision of Surgeon services in Germany Frankfurt. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
