The Surgeon engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following services within the Ghana Accra metropolitan area and its immediate environs:
- Pre-operative patient assessment, diagnostic review, and surgical planning conducted at the designated hospital or clinic in Accra.
- Performance of the scheduled surgical procedure, whether general surgery, orthopaedic surgery, vascular surgery, or specialty-specific intervention as agreed upon in the service agreement.
- Intra-operative management including anaesthesia coordination, surgical team supervision, and real-time decision-making.
- Post-operative care, wound management, and follow-up consultations for a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days following the procedure.
- Availability for emergency re-intervention within the first thirty (30) days should clinical necessity arise.
- Preparation and submission of detailed operative reports, discharge summaries, and referral documentation to the client's medical records department.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any engagement of the Surgeon beyond this period shall require a revised quotation reflecting current market conditions in Ghana Accra.
- All fees stated in Ghana Cedis (GHS) are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 15% as mandated by the Ghana Revenue Authority.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service agreement. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due within seven (7) business days following completion of the post-operative follow-up period.
- The Surgeon shall be bound by the Code of Professional Conduct of the Medical and Dental Council of Ghana and shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance coverage throughout the engagement period in Ghana Accra.
- Any additional procedures, extended hospital stays, or complications requiring further intervention beyond the scope defined herein shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued prior to the additional work commencing.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by the executed Service Agreement.
- All medical records and patient data shall be handled in strict compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.
The Surgeon proposed for engagement under this Quotation Estimate holds a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree, a Master of Surgery (M.S.) qualification, and is fully registered and licensed to practise in Ghana Accra by the Medical and Dental Council of Ghana. The Surgeon possesses a minimum of fifteen (15) years of post-graduate surgical experience, with demonstrated expertise in the specific specialty required by the client. Full credentials, references, and professional indemnity certificates are available upon request and shall be provided prior to the execution of the service agreement.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein for the engagement of the Surgeon in Ghana Accra. This acceptance shall be effective upon the date of the last signature.
