• The Provider shall be responsible for the Surgeon's professional indemnity insurance, with a minimum coverage of USD 2,000,000 per claim.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to political instability, armed conflict, or government-imposed restrictions in Iraq Baghdad, shall be addressed through mutual consultation and may result in temporary suspension of services without penalty to either party.
