3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the engagement not be confirmed within this period, the rates and terms outlined herein may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Kazakhstan Almaty.
3.2 Payment Schedule: All compensation and allowances shall be disbursed on a monthly basis, no later than the fifth (5th) business day of the following month. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Surgeon's designated account in accordance with the tax regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The hospital shall withhold applicable personal income tax (PIT) at the rate of 10% as mandated by Kazakhstani fiscal law.
3.3 Surgeon Obligations: The engaged Surgeon shall maintain all required professional certifications, comply with the ethical standards set forth by the Kazakhstan Medical Chamber, and adhere to the hospital's internal protocols for surgical documentation, patient consent, and post-operative follow-up. The Surgeon is expected to be physically present at the Kazakhstan Almaty facility for a minimum of 40 clinical hours per week, with additional on-call availability as specified in Section 2, Item 2.
3.4 Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination for cause, the notice period shall be reduced to fourteen (14) days. Upon termination, all outstanding compensation up to the effective date of separation shall be settled within ten (10) business days.
3.5 Confidentiality: The Surgeon shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement covering all patient records, proprietary surgical techniques, and institutional data encountered during the engagement in Kazakhstan Almaty. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent employment contract by a period of five (5) years.
3.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting employment contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Almaty City, Kazakhstan.
By signing below, the authorized representative of Almaty City Clinical Hospital No. 2 acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms acceptance of the terms, conditions, and financial estimates presented herein for the engagement of a Surgeon in Kazakhstan Almaty. This acceptance shall serve as the basis for the execution of a formal employment contract within fifteen (15) business days of the signature date.
