The scope of this Quotation Estimate covers the full-time surgical services of the Surgeon for a period of twelve (12) months, including in-patient surgical procedures, outpatient surgical consultations, emergency surgical interventions, post-operative ward rounds, and participation in the hospital's multidisciplinary surgical review board. All services will be rendered at the client's facility located in Pakistan Karachi, in strict compliance with the regulations set forth by the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) and the Sindh Health Department.

* All rates are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The above Quotation Estimate is exclusive of any consumable surgical supplies, anaesthesia charges, or laboratory investigations, which shall be billed separately by the client's facility in Pakistan Karachi.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Pakistan Karachi.
• Payment terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this quotation, with the remaining 50% payable in equal monthly instalments within the 10th of each calendar month.
• The Surgeon shall be available for a minimum of 48 hours per week, including one (1) on-call weekend shift per fortnight, as per the standard surgical duty roster in Pakistan Karachi.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment shall be applied to the remaining balance.
• All surgical procedures performed by the Surgeon shall be documented in the client's electronic medical records system in compliance with PMC data-privacy guidelines applicable in Pakistan.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
• Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
