The Surgeon will be responsible for performing elective and emergency surgical procedures, supervising junior surgical staff, participating in multidisciplinary case conferences, and maintaining compliance with the Qatar Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) regulatory standards.

The Surgeon proposed under this Quotation Estimate shall meet the following minimum criteria to ensure compliance with Qatar Doha healthcare regulations:

• Recognized medical degree (MBBS/MD) from a WHO-listed institution.
• Board certification in General Surgery or Vascular Surgery from a recognized body (FRCS, FACS, or equivalent).

5. In the event of early termination by the client without cause, a pro-rata refund of unused monthly fees will be issued, less any non-recoverable immigration and licensing costs already incurred for the Surgeon.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of surgical instruments, operating theatre consumables, or hospital infrastructure, which remain the sole responsibility of the client facility in Qatar Doha.
