The following Quotation Estimate covers the complete lifecycle of engaging a board-certified Surgeon (General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, or Cardiothoracic Surgery – as specified by the client) for a minimum contract period of twenty-four (24) months at the designated hospital in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. All services are subject to compliance with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) licensing requirements and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) regulations governing expatriate medical professionals in the Kingdom.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires re-confirmation of all rates and availability of the Surgeon candidate.
2. Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful SCFHS licensing and arrival of the Surgeon in Saudi Arabia Riyadh, and the remaining 30% to be disbursed monthly as part of the professional fee schedule.
3. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the designated corporate account of Al-Riyadh Medical Staffing Solutions. No cash payments will be accepted.
4. The Surgeon shall be subject to a minimum contract term of twenty-four (24) months. Early termination by the client prior to the completion of this term shall incur a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining contract value.
5. Al-Riyadh Medical Staffing Solutions guarantees that the Surgeon will hold valid SCFHS board certification and will meet all regulatory requirements for practicing medicine in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. Failure to meet these standards within 60 days of contract commencement will result in a full refund of the recruitment and licensing fees.
6. The client is responsible for providing a suitable operating theatre, surgical instruments, and clinical support staff. The Surgeon's scope of practice shall be mutually agreed upon in a separate clinical engagement letter.
7. All personal data processed under this Quotation Estimate shall be handled in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and applicable data privacy regulations in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
8. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the competent courts of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
