The Surgeon, Dr. Arjun Nair, will perform a laparoscopic cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal) along with pre-operative and post-operative care. The full scope of the Surgeon's professional engagement in Singapore Singapore includes the following phases:
- Pre-operative Consultation: A minimum of two (2) in-person consultations with the Surgeon at the clinic in Singapore Singapore, including review of imaging (ultrasound, CT scan), blood work, and anaesthetic assessment.
- Surgical Procedure: The Surgeon will personally perform the laparoscopic cholecystectomy at the Meridian Surgical Centre operating theatre in Singapore Singapore. Estimated operative time is 90 to 120 minutes.
- Post-operative Follow-up: Three (3) follow-up appointments with the Surgeon at days 7, 21, and 45 post-surgery, conducted at the clinic in Singapore Singapore.
- Emergency Contact: The Surgeon will be available for telephone consultation for 30 days post-discharge for any urgent concerns related to the procedure.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Surgeon and the facility reserve the right to revise pricing due to changes in consumable costs, staffing, or regulatory requirements in Singapore Singapore.
- The Surgeon will perform the procedure personally. In the event of an unforeseen medical emergency preventing the Surgeon from operating, an equally qualified and experienced Surgeon from the same department will assume the case, and the client will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
- All costs are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date. A 2% late-payment surcharge will apply to outstanding balances beyond the due date, in accordance with the Payment Terms Act of Singapore Singapore.
- This Quotation Estimate covers only the services explicitly listed in Section 3. Any additional procedures, complications, or extended hospitalisation arising during or after the surgery will be billed separately and communicated to the client prior to any additional intervention.
- The Surgeon and Meridian Surgical Centre Pte Ltd are not liable for any costs incurred at other hospitals or clinics in Singapore Singapore unless pre-authorised in writing by the Surgeon.
- Insurance claims processing is included in this Quotation Estimate. The client is responsible for any co-payment, deductible, or non-covered items as determined by their insurer.
- All medical records and documentation generated in Singapore Singapore are subject to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the Health Information Act. The Surgeon will maintain confidentiality in full compliance with these regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Singapore Mediation Centre before proceeding to litigation in the courts of Singapore Singapore.
By signing below, the client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate has been reviewed, understood, and accepted. The client consents to the surgical procedure to be performed by the named Surgeon at the facility in Singapore Singapore under the terms and conditions stated above.
