4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Any engagement beyond the validity period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates and regulatory adjustments in South Korea Seoul.
4.2 All fees listed in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 10% as mandated by the National Tax Service of the Republic of Korea. VAT will be applied upon final invoice issuance.
4.3 The Surgeon shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines established by the Korean Medical Association, the Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the Korean College of Surgeons throughout the duration of the engagement.
4.4 Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of the first six (6) months of service, and 30% upon successful completion of the full twelve (12) month engagement period. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Seoul Metropolitan Medical Group Co., Ltd.
4.5 Cancellation or early termination of the surgical engagement will be subject to a penalty of 15% of the remaining contract value, as stipulated in the master service agreement.
4.6 The Surgeon shall maintain a minimum of 80% availability for scheduled surgical procedures at the Han River International Clinic. Unplanned absences exceeding five (5) consecutive days must be reported to the clinic director within 24 hours.
4.7 All patient data, surgical records, and clinical documentation generated during the engagement shall remain the property of the clinic and shall be handled in strict accordance with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and the Medical Service Act of the Republic of Korea.

Final costs may vary based on the actual number of surgical procedures performed, the complexity of individual cases, and any additional resources required during the engagement period in South Korea Seoul.
