This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Al-Nil Medical Services & Surgical Consultancy to Al-Rahma General Hospital, Sudan Khartoum, in response to the hospital's Request for Proposal (RFP Ref. The Surgeon proposed for engagement under this Quotation Estimate is Dr. Fatima El-Sayed, a board-certified General and Vascular Surgeon with over fourteen (14) years of clinical experience. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) from the University of Khartoum, a Master's degree in Surgical Sciences from the University of Edinburgh, and a Fellowship in Vascular Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all prices are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Sudan Khartoum.
- Payment terms: 50% of the monthly recurring fee is due on the 1st of each month, and the remaining 50% is due on the 15th. One-time and annual costs are payable within fourteen (14) days of written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- The Surgeon shall comply with all clinical protocols, infection control standards, and ethical guidelines established by the Sudanese Ministry of Health and the Sudanese Medical Association.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination, all outstanding invoices for services rendered up to the termination date shall be settled within thirty (30) days.
- The Surgeon shall maintain a minimum of 95% availability for scheduled duties. Unplanned absences exceeding three (3) consecutive days must be compensated by a qualified substitute surgeon approved by the hospital administration.
- All patient records, surgical reports, and clinical data generated during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of Al-Rahma General Hospital and shall be stored in accordance with Sudanese data protection regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of surgical outcomes. The Surgeon's liability is limited to the scope of professional malpractice insurance coverage specified in item 3.9.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation under the auspices of the Sudanese Medical Association, and failing resolution within sixty (60) days, through the competent courts of Sudan Khartoum.
By signing below, the undersigned parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Surgeon at the specified facility in Sudan Khartoum. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the governing commercial agreement for the duration of the engagement.
