The Surgeon shall be available on a full-time basis for a contract period of twelve (12) months, commencing on 1 September 2025, with the option for renewal subject to mutual agreement. All surgical procedures shall be conducted in compliance with the regulatory standards established by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the specific protocols of the host institution in Tashkent.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all pricing and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Uzbekistan Tashkent.
- The Surgeon engaged under this agreement must hold a valid medical license recognized by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and possess a minimum of ten (10) years of post-graduate surgical experience.
- Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the account designated by MedPro International Healthcare Solutions. The first payment is due within fifteen (15) days of contract execution.
- All services rendered by the Surgeon shall be subject to the quality assurance protocols of Tashkent City Clinical Hospital No. 3 and the regulatory oversight of the Uzbekistan Tashkent Regional Health Administration.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment to the remaining balance shall be applied.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
- All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
- The Surgeon shall comply with all local labor laws, tax obligations, and professional ethical standards applicable in Uzbekistan Tashkent throughout the duration of the engagement.
