4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
4.2 Payment Schedule: A 30% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 70% shall be paid in equal monthly installments on the 5th business day of each month, commencing from the Surgeon's first day of active service in Ho Chi Minh City.
4.3 Contract Duration: The Surgeon engagement is for a fixed term of twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement no later than sixty (60) days prior to the contract expiry date.
4.4 Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with ninety (90) days' written notice. In the event of early termination by the client without cause, a pro-rata portion of the recruitment fee and remaining salary obligations shall be payable.
4.5 Regulatory Compliance: The Surgeon must hold a valid medical license recognized by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health and the Vietnam Ministry of Health. All work permits and temporary residence cards must be maintained in good standing throughout the engagement period.
4.6 Confidentiality: All patient records, surgical case files, and proprietary medical protocols encountered during the Surgeon's tenure in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City are subject to strict confidentiality obligations under Vietnamese data protection law.
4.7 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Ho Chi Minh City under the rules of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).
5. ACCEPTANCE AND AUTHORIZATIONBy signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Surgeon engagement in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
