- Intellectual property developed specifically for the client during the engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, methodologies, and frameworks of the Systems Engineer remain the property of Meridian Technical Solutions Pty Ltd.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate is subject to the terms outlined herein.
- Any changes to the scope of work for the Systems Engineer beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a written variation order and additional charges at the prevailing hourly rate.
- Meridian Technical Solutions Pty Ltd maintains professional indemnity insurance of no less than AUD $10,000,000 and public liability insurance of AUD $20,000,000, as required for operations in Australia Brisbane.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Brisbane, Queensland.
