Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of the mid-project milestone (Month 6), and the remaining 30% upon final delivery and acceptance at Month 12. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of TechBridge Solutions Ltd. in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Bangladesh commercial practice.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
