Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in four (4) equal installments of R$ 153.887,35 each, due at the following milestones:

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations, currency exchange rates, or changes in applicable tax legislation in Brazil Brasília.
2. The Systems Engineer assigned to this project shall be a senior professional with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, holding relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, CCIE, ITIL v4, or equivalent).
3. The client agrees to provide the Systems Engineer with secure access to all necessary facilities, systems, and documentation within the Brazil Brasília premises during standard business hours (08:00–18:00 BRT, Monday through Friday).
4. Any scope changes, additional work requests, or extensions beyond the originally agreed timeline will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval prior to execution.
5. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all data, systems, and information encountered during the engagement, in compliance with Brazil's LGPD and applicable government data protection statutes.
