This Quotation Estimate is issued by TechBridge Solutions Inc. to provide the Client with the services of a qualified Systems Engineer based and operating within the Canada Montreal metropolitan area. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the Client's enterprise IT infrastructure, including but not limited to server environments, network architecture, cloud migration strategies, cybersecurity protocols, and disaster recovery planning. - Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing and availability of the Systems Engineer may be subject to revision.
- Payment Terms: Invoicing will be issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date via EFT to the designated Canadian bank account. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge as permitted under Quebec commercial law.
- Scope Changes: Any modifications to the Systems Engineer's scope of work beyond what is outlined in this Quotation Estimate will require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional services will be billed at the hourly rate of CAD $185.00.
- Confidentiality: The Systems Engineer assigned to this engagement will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work. All data and intellectual property generated during the engagement in Canada Montreal shall remain the exclusive property of the Client.
- Compliance: All services will be performed in compliance with Canadian federal and Quebec provincial legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Law 25 (Quebec), and applicable ITIL/ISO 27001 standards.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- Warranty: TechBridge Solutions Inc. warrants that the Systems Engineer will perform all duties with professional skill and care. A 90-day warranty period applies to all deliverables and configurations completed under this Quotation Estimate.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Montreal, Canada.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of a Systems Engineer in Canada Montreal. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
