Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made according to the following schedule: 25% upon contract execution, 35% upon completion of the deployment phase, and the remaining 40% distributed monthly during the twelve-month support period. All invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with standard commercial practice in Canada Vancouver.
