1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices and availability of the Systems Engineer team may be subject to revision due to market conditions in Chile Santiago.
2. Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 30% upon completion of infrastructure implementation, and 30% upon final acceptance. Monthly retainer payments (Item 5) are due on the first business day of each month. All payments to be made in Chilean Pesos (CLP) via bank transfer to our account in Santiago, Chile.
3. Service Location: All on-site services will be performed at the client's designated premises within the Chile Santiago metropolitan area. Travel within Santiago is included. Travel to other Chilean regions will be quoted separately.
4. Systems Engineer Availability: The assigned Systems Engineer will be available Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Chile Standard Time (CLT, UTC-4). Emergency support outside these hours is available at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.
5. Warranties: All hardware and software installations are covered by a twelve (12) month warranty from the date of final acceptance. The Systems Engineer team guarantees that all work will comply with applicable Chilean regulations and industry best practices.
6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical information, business data, and proprietary systems encountered during the engagement in Chile Santiago.
7. Cancellation: Either party may cancel this Quotation Estimate agreement with fifteen (15) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
8. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
