- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for the Systems Engineer services in Colombia Bogotá may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations, exchange rate changes, or resource availability.
- Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the infrastructure implementation phase, and 30% upon final acceptance and delivery of all documentation.
