This Quotation Estimate is formally issued to provide a comprehensive and transparent financial breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Systems Engineer to deliver end-to-end infrastructure design, deployment, and ongoing technical support services within the Egypt Alexandria metropolitan region. The scope of this Quotation Estimate encompasses all labor, travel, licensing, and ancillary costs associated with the Systems Engineer role as defined in the attached Statement of Work. All pricing presented herein reflects current market rates applicable to the Egypt Alexandria technology sector as of the date of issue and is subject to the validity period stated above.
The Systems Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following deliverables and activities, all to be executed in or around the Egypt Alexandria operational site:
2.1 Infrastructure Architecture & Design
The Systems Engineer will conduct a full assessment of the existing IT infrastructure at the Egypt Alexandria facility, produce a detailed architecture blueprint, and recommend scalable solutions aligned with the client's five-year growth trajectory. This includes network topology design, server virtualization planning, and cloud-hybrid integration strategy.
2.2 Deployment & Configuration
Hands-on implementation of hardware and software components, including but not limited to: rack-and-stack of physical servers, configuration of virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere / Microsoft Hyper-V), network switch and firewall provisioning, and operating system deployment across all designated nodes in the Egypt Alexandria data center.
2.3 Security Hardening & Compliance
The Systems Engineer will perform security baseline hardening in accordance with Egyptian National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) regulations and international best practices (ISO 27001, NIST 800-53). This includes penetration testing coordination, access control implementation, and audit log configuration.
2.4 Ongoing Support & Maintenance
A twelve-month post-deployment support window is included, during which the Systems Engineer will provide on-site visits to the Egypt Alexandria location no fewer than four (4) times per quarter, remote monitoring and incident response within four (4) business hours, and quarterly performance review reports.

Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 30% advance payment upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate (within 7 business days).
- 40% upon completion of deployment and successful handover of the Systems Engineer deliverables in Egypt Alexandria.
- 30% in four equal quarterly installments during the 12-month support period.
All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on the accompanying invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month in accordance with Egyptian commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, all rates for the Systems Engineer engagement in Egypt Alexandria are subject to re-evaluation.
- The Systems Engineer shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all client data, network credentials, and proprietary information encountered during the engagement in Egypt Alexandria.
- Any scope changes exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value require a formal Change Order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- The Systems Engineer is engaged as an independent contractor and is not an employee of the client. All applicable Egyptian labor and social insurance obligations remain the responsibility of the service provider.
- Warranty on all deployed hardware and software configurations provided by the Systems Engineer is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance in Egypt Alexandria.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center in Alexandria.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by the executed Statement of Work.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Systems Engineer services in Egypt Alexandria and agrees to the pricing, scope, and terms outlined herein. The service provider confirms availability to commence work within ten (10) business days of receiving the advance payment.
