Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer (SEPA) to the account of Meridian Technical Consulting SARL. Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis, payable within 30 days of the invoice date. The initial onboarding fee (Item 2) is due upon contract signature. A 1.5% monthly late-payment penalty will apply to overdue balances in accordance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10).
The Systems Engineer will adhere to the following service levels during the engagement period in France Paris:
- Availability: 99.5% during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 CET).
- Response time for P1 incidents: 30 minutes; P2: 2 hours; P3: 8 business hours.
- Monthly uptime reporting and a detailed Systems Engineer activity log delivered by the 5th business day of the following month.

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates and availability are subject to revision.
