The Systems Engineer assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in enterprise IT infrastructure. Required certifications include but are not limited to: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, VMware VCP-DCV, Cisco CCNP, and ITIL 4 Foundation. The Systems Engineer will be physically based in or within a 30-kilometer radius of the Germany Frankfurt central business district to ensure rapid on-site response. All work will be conducted in accordance with the German Occupational Safety and Health Act (ArbSchG) and the client's internal IT security policies.
4. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the Germany Frankfurt IT services sector.
- Payment Terms: Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days of receipt (Zahlungsziel: 14 Tage). Monthly recurring fees are invoiced in advance on the first business day of each calendar month.
- Currency: All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are in Euro (EUR) and inclusive of applicable German VAT (Mehrwertsteuer) at the standard rate of 19%.
