Scope of Work & DescriptionThis Quotation Estimate is issued by TechnoBridge Solutions GmbH in response to the formal request for a qualified Systems Engineer to be deployed at the client's operational site in Germany Munich. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemised cost breakdown for the professional services, personnel allocation, and technical deliverables associated with the engagement. All pricing is presented in Euro (EUR) and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in Section 6 of this Quotation Estimate.
The Systems Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the client's enterprise IT infrastructure located in Germany Munich. This includes but is not limited to server administration (Windows Server, Linux/Red Hat Enterprise), virtualisation platforms (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V), network infrastructure (Cisco, Juniper), cloud hybrid environments (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity hardening, disaster recovery planning, and ongoing technical support. The Systems Engineer will operate under the direct supervision of the client's IT Director and will be embedded within the existing team structure at the Munich office premises.

- Payment Schedule: Invoices are issued monthly in arrears. Payment is due within 30 calendar days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations, exchange rate changes, or resource availability for the Systems Engineer role in Germany Munich.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with 60 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, all services rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced in full.
- Liability: TechnoBridge Solutions GmbH's total liability under this Quotation Estimate shall not exceed the total contract value. Liability is limited to direct damages and excludes consequential or indirect losses.
- Confidentiality: The Systems Engineer and all supporting personnel shall be bound by a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary information, system architectures, and operational data encountered during the engagement in Germany Munich.
- Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Bavaria.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government mandates, or infrastructure failures affecting the Germany Munich region.
