4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Systems Engineer rates and terms may be revised to reflect market conditions in Ghana Accra.
4.2 Payment Terms: A 30% mobilization advance is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance shall be invoiced monthly in arrears. All payments are to be made in Ghana Cedis (GHS) via bank transfer to the designated account of TechSolutions West Africa Ltd., Ghana Accra.
4.3 Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of the Systems Engineer engagement beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will require a formal change order, signed by both parties, with a revised cost projection before additional work commences in Ghana Accra.
